How to rent out your things in Tashkent
A drill, a camera, a tent or a projector sitting idle can earn money. RentZor finds renters, verifies them and handles payment and the rental agreement.
RentZor is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace: thousands of people in Tashkent look for things to use for a day or a week instead of buying. You publish a listing with a daily rate, receive requests, meet the renter at a convenient point and get paid to your balance after handover.
Every renter verifies their identity through MyID, and the rental terms are recorded in an agreement both sides accept at booking. Photos at handover and return protect you if anything is disputed.
How it works
1. Publish a listing
Name, photos, daily rate, deposit value and pickup district — five minutes in the owner dashboard.
2. Receive a request
The renter picks dates and pays through the platform. You confirm manually or turn on auto-confirmation.
3. Hand the item over
Meet at the agreed spot, match the booking code and photograph the condition at handover.
4. Get paid
After the return, the amount minus commission lands on your balance — withdraw to a card any time.
How much you can earn
You set the daily rate. Reference points from the RentZor catalogue in Tashkent:
| DSLR camera with lens | 150,000 – 300,000 UZS/day |
| Rotary hammer or drill driver | 40,000 – 90,000 UZS/day |
| Projector with screen | 200,000 – 400,000 UZS/day |
| 4-person tent | 60,000 – 120,000 UZS/day |
An item rented 6–8 days a month usually pays for itself within its first season.
What protects the owner
- MyID verification of renters — passport data is checked before the first request.
- A rental agreement recording the deposit value and dates.
- Handover and return photos as proof of condition.
- Payment goes through RentZor — you never wait for money from the renter in person.
- Ratings and reviews: you see the renter's history before confirming.
Owners' frequent questions
How much does listing cost?
Listing is free. RentZor only takes a commission on a completed rental — see Pricing & fees for details.
What if the item is damaged?
The agreement records the deposit value, and the handover and return photos let you prove the damage and resolve it through support.
Do I need to be a registered business?
No. Private individuals who pass MyID verification can rent out their things. Companies and rental shops can list their catalogue too.
